Flowers & Fairies

Hello everyone!

Below are some cards I created using some awesome digital stamps.  I feel like I have spent all day making cards, but honestly I haven’t.

People ask me what I do with all the cards that I make and until recently I didn’t do a lot with them.  However, over the past year, I’ve sold some, gave some away to charities, friends, love ones, etc.  I am getting back to making cards because I love to make cards.  I believe at one point I started to make them for the wrong reason.  Oh well, expect to see more and also expect to see changes to my blog.  I want to add toots (tutorials), card layouts and so much more.

Well, I hope you enjoy the cards in this post (and others).  TFL (Thanks for Looking).

Mo’s Challenge #23: 3 Punches

This week’s challenge over at Mo’s Challenge Blog is to use at least three different punches on one card.  I decided to use Mo’s Rabbit freebie for this card and it seem logical to make it a birthday card.

I used Martha Stewart’s punch for the bottom of the card, SU punch for the saying and a CTMH corner rounder for the picture of the rabbit.

Pampered Pig: Mo’s Challenge #22

Here’s my submission for Mo’s 22nd Challenge.  The assignment was to make a card, but not a traditional square card.  We had to change the shape of the card.  I decided to use my new Spellbinder Diecut and make a card using it.

Pampered Pig

I chose this Mo image because I needed a card to give to my sister-n-law along with a gift certificate for a massage.  This little cutie was a perfect match.  I loved how the pig seems to nest in this diecut.

TFS!

Mo’s Challenge 21: Color Combo

Greetings!

This week over at Mo’s Challenge blog we are using a color combo of brown, blue and white or cream.  I decided to use an image that I colored many times, but haven’t really done anything with until now!

I used Copics Cool Shadow (BG10) and Serpia (E37) to color the dress of my little critter and used Warm Gray No. 1 and 3 to color both critters.  The little doll’s dress was colored with Mignonette (YG11).  I loved the way it all came out.

I used the “Sweet” paperpack for the background blue paper and brown cardstock for the brown.
